Mr. James Costa
Managing Director

As the Managing Director, Mr. Jim Costa, plays a key role in the company start up, creation, consortium model execution, and achieving profitability.
Mr. Jim Costa is a 30 year veteran of PepsiCo and has worked in Domestic and Int’l Operations, where he has served as Senior Director of Operations Pepsi International Central Europe, Vice President of Supply Chain PepsiAmericas, Vice President of Operations Russia Pepsi Beverages International, Vice President of Operations Central States and Caribbean PepsiAmericas, and various other corporate, field related roles.

Mr. Jim Costa has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Bentley College, an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, and a Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain from Michigan State University. In addition Jim serves as an advisor to several boards, and is a member of CSCMP,EWB, and USPAACC.

Mr. David Zhou
Chairman/Director

As the Chairman, Mr. David Zhou, plays a key role in providing strategic advice and insight for the sustainable growth of SEP in China.David has over 18 years experience in China for Project Management and Construction Management. David is expert in project development procedure, cost control, and risk management.
David has been involved in over 30 multi-national company invested projects, including industrial plant, hospital and hotel project.

David studied in the UK for MSc in Construction Management in year 2001-2002.
